- Canvas tenants based on availabilities in the market and matching requirements, covering the entire leasing process (from initial inspections to lease execution) and focusing on speed to market
Pre-leasing and development strategy
- Partner with clients throughout the development lifecycle – from risk mitigation, product design strategy, project leasing and marketing strategy through to occupier presentations and negotiation – with the goal to secure pre-commitments from suitable tenant partners and achieve the best investment outcomes
Property marketing
- Create compelling marketing campaigns to generate maximum exposure and enquiries for space, using the latest innovations and technologies, including digital marketing, virtual reality, location and space visualisation (e.g. MapIt, fly-throughs, 3D stack plans and test fits)
Flexible space and management
- Help clients benefit from increasing demands by designing, managing and operating flexible spaces tailored to the building, tenants and location
Workplace design
- Develop concepts that are precisely tailored to the needs of the tenants and flexible enough to be prepared for any change
Strategic research
- Enable clients to make informed decisions with the right information and expert insights, including data collection and analysis, market studies, asset benchmarking and competitor analysis (existing and future), supply and demand forecasting, lease terms analysis, and tailored analysis of specific sectors, geographies or topics
