Frequently Asked Questions
We’ve put together some commonly asked questions to give you more information about the Index.
If you have a question that you can’t find the answer to, please contact us at onejllapac@ap.jll.com
The Index is designed for people to build their knowledge and understand more about the wide spectrum of real estate services we offer to clients. The aim is not to make you a subject matter expert, but to give you an overview of what we do, how we do it, and who to speak with to learn more.
Having more knowledge about all the different services offered by JLL will help each of you to act as a broader member of the JLL team, and to know when to bring in colleagues to assist our clients.
The Index is designed for and accessible by all colleagues across Asia Pacific, not just for client-facing teams. Whether you have been in JLL for some time or you are just starting out, the more you know about what we do, the more you can support our clients and colleagues.
No, the Index is designed for JLL employees only and is OKTA-enabled to ensure that only those with JLL credentials can access.
All of the content is reviewed every 6 months with updates made at this time. If you notice anything that is inaccurate or needs updating, such as a contact has new responsibilities or a link doesn’t work, then email onejllapac@ap.jll.com directly.
Currently we have identified Data Centres, Logistics & Industrial and Hotels & Hospitality as key growth sectors across Asia Pacific. Locally or at a business line level, other sectors may be being prioritised but the sectors shown on the Index are a priority for the whole of JLL. Our sectors will change and evolve so continue to check the Index for sector developments.
We have partnered with business line leads to craft the content and identify the correct contacts to feature on the Index. The leads have approved content for their respective services and products.
Contacts have been agreed with the business line leads as part of the content development process.
We have highlighted individual job titles for ‘Heads of’ positions, whilst the remainder indicate the business line and geographical responsibility. The reason for this is to reduce the administrative need to continue updating job titles as colleagues get promoted or change positions.
If you are a contact on the Index and your photo is not showing or you would like to update it, please send an email to onejllapac@ap.jll.com
On the external JLL website the default is to use black & white photos of colleagues. However across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan the preference is to use colour for cultural reasons. For launch we were easily able to access black & white photos for the other geos. We aim to progressively update so all photos are in colour to make the site and individuals more engaging.
