We provide a full suite of property and asset management services to help our investor clients meet the needs and expectations of their target tenant communities. We ensure that their portfolios and properties are safe, well-maintained, well-presented, operationally efficient, well-promoted, activated and sustainable. As the largest outsourced service provider in Asia Pacific with a total portfolio of over 1.7 billion sq ft, we manage a range of asset types, including office, retail, industrial and logistics, mixed-use, residential and estates.
Asset management
- Develop tactical management plans with detailed cash flow modelling, ensuring that our clients have detailed short to long-term strategies and insights into the financial performance and investment needs of their properties, which may include ventures into new and flexible spaces
Property management
- Deploy our multi-disciplinary teams to provide whole of property commercial, facilities, financial management services and more, which in turn enable our clients to offer workplace space, services and amenities that meet their tenants’ business and people needs
Tenancy management
- Act as the landlord’s agent to capture and manage all commercial details of tenants’ leases, ensure the obligations of all parties are fulfilled across the lease terms, and proactively manage tenant relationships
Property accounting
- Utilise our suite of integrated systems and support platforms, combined with proven high integrity processes and procedures, to manage all property accounting, including billings, arrears management, vendor validation, vendor payments, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Entity accounting
- Provide clients within a single country or across multiple countries with a range of financial and reporting services at fund and special purpose vehicle levels, ensuring procedural consistency for budgeting, forecasting and reporting with financial data management and consolidation
Engineering, operational and sustainability services
- Provide a full range of engineering, operational and sustainability services to ensure properties are safe, efficient and well-presented, plus work with vendors/service providers that can ensure contractual and regulatory compliance across all supply disciplines
Marketing
- Develop and implement integrated online and offline marketing strategies to promote properties, programmes and activities in order to raise profile and drive foot fall
Placemaking, customer and community engagement
- Bring assets to life and create loyalty amongst tenants, customers and the community with a range of services, such as consultancy and strategy development, customer and community engagement, placemaking and space activation, concierge service under placemaking, plus event planning and management
Estate management
- Extend our management service beyond buildings to whole precincts where we take care of the public realms, common areas, dedicated spaces and venues, and all hard and soft services
Consulting services
- Assist in the technical due diligence process at asset acquisition stage, and when required, support the assessment and validation of new building designs and existing building refurbishment to maximise operational efficiency and to reduce costs
