Unique to JLL, our PMO serves as a Centre of Excellence, enabling our project managers with the necessary tools, technology, training and support to deliver projects seamlessly, on time and within budget. This centralised team of project management experts ensure best practices are being followed and the right resources are made available to project managers and teams.

Several of our clients in recent years have embraced on-account PMO to refine and improve project delivery. In one particular case, our PMO added a range of dedicated account functionalities, including HSE lead, Cost Engineers, Procurement and Contract specialists, HR, BI Analyst and a Capital Planning Manager.  Having the PMO support allows our project managers to better focus on driving the project, finding cost saving opportunities, providing better cost estimates and achieve higher client satisfaction scores.
