CIVIS Flex is a white-labelled, enterprise grade flexible space solution that allows investors to ‘own’ the tenant relationships, control the revenue streams and manage the customer experience. We use industry-leading market intelligence and proven best practices to customize a flexible space solution that drives value specifically for the asset. The investor has complete control of the solution – it’s their space, funded by them, and managed by us for them as their agent partner.

If JLL is already managing or leasing the property, there are operational efficiencies in appointing us to manage the flex space. This includes shared events programming, common systems and processes, team alignment, quality data and more. Essentially, we customise elements of the ecosystem for occupant flexibility and risk management.
