The Equity Advisory team has three core service offerings to promote across sector alignments – Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Placement and Fund Placement. We combine real estate and financial advisory services with global access to capital via JLL’s long-standing relationships with institutional investors including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, family offices, investment consultants, and wealth managers across the globe.

  • Specialised in project-specific joint ventures and structured capital solutions, programmatic joint venture relationships, asset and portfolio recapitalisations, and entity-level equity capital solutions.
  • Full-service equity placement advisor beginning with strategy formation and continuing through pre-marketing, execution, and closing.
  • Identify the most compatible capital alternatives for any project / portfolio real estate acquisition or development.
  • Recapitalizations at the asset, portfolio and entity levels.

Funds placement

  • Provide private equity fundraising and institutional marketing services for public and private real estate companies, with a primary focus on discretionary funds and separate accounts.
  • Structure, market and raise capital for real estate investment products, with a primary focused on pooled funds.
  • Provide advice on concept, strategy, positioning and structuring of new investment vehicles.
  • Discretionary equity capital for private real estate investment management vehicles including discretionary commingled funds and separate accounts.

M&A & Corporate Advisory

  • Specialised in providing strategic and transactional advice to public and private real estate companies with strong expertise in navigating complex transaction dynamics for sell-side and buy-side M&A.
  • Provide comprehensive restructuring solutions to our clients that own or operate commercial and residential real estate.
  • Provide strategic pre-IPO advice based on real-time and thorough intel from across both public and private capital markets.
