A JLL-owned Engineering Operations Digital Maintenance Management platform that generates a real-time flow of information and guides clients through every stage of the facilities management process from work order creation through invoicing and payment remittance

A purpose-built CRE data and insights platform that integrates data from multiple systems into one secure cloud-based analytical platform and uses AI to highlight actionable opportunities and risks in real-time
CMO
An integrated compliance management platform for incident escalation and management, ops audits and risk registers,
JLL Onsite
JLL’s vendor induction and work permit management platform that ensure all vendor staff working on JLL-managed sites are appropriated inducted and that their certifications/accreditations are verified for work permit issuance; upgraded version enables a workflow for a permit approval based on established Safe Work Method Statement methodology
JLL Mate
A digitised mobile app that captures equipment performance parameters gathered during rounds and readings that JLL technicians undertake during their shift with the analytics highlighting both alerts and trends that indicate deterioration in performance or condition
IoT enabled Predictive Analytics Platforms (JLL Spark Portfolio Partners)
State-of-the-art IoT-enabled platforms that enable condition-based monitoring and maintenance, delivering real-time actional insights triggered by degradation of equipment performance parameters and asset specific AI/ML algorithms
