CIVIS Ecosystem responds to the expectation that the workplace extends beyond the lease premise to the whole building or precinct, with the landlord responsible for experience curation. The Ecosystem delivers a fully integrated, hospitality-focused, amenity and services rich, customer-centric offering to meet the evolving expectations of corporates and their employees. Targeted spaces, services and amenities are designed in alignment with the needs and desires of existing tenants, which in turn cultivates environments and communities that attract new tenants.

- As the single operator, the landlord only needs to deal with one party as opposed to multiple disjointed service providers
