- Create the best user experience based on the workplace strategy and allocated budget, with our interior designer and project working hand-in-hand to secure the necessary approvals (landlord and statutory) and consider everything from aesthetics and acoustics, to furniture and function
Furniture Solutions
- Leverage our global buying power to secure quality furniture and fittings that suit the client’s business and will last the lease duration; help the client understand the downstream implications on facility management of their selections
Project and construction management
- Take care of everything from permits to constructions, project handover and move management; manage contractors, suppliers and spending under a single principle contract (guaranteed maximum price of open book) to keep the project on track and on budget

- Our project managers are involved right from the start of the design process, so as soon as the design is approved, the team is ready to turn concept into reality
