Our soft services offering blends human, digital and experiential elements to achieve optimal financial and operational results, while also enhancing the experience and productivity of end-users. We are responsible for the overall management of the facilities, integrating a broad spectrum of services delivered either by our own employees or contracted third party providers. Depending on client needs, our team often partner with colleagues in Experience Services, Engineering Services and Sustainability to design and deliver a total solution.​

Throughout our operations and supply chain, we seek to maintain the highest ethical standards and prevent incidents related to modern slavery (including forced labour) and child labour, unacceptable working conditions and safety risks, discrimination and prejudice against individuals and vulnerable groups.​

What are our capabilities?

Janitorial services

  • Partner with cleaning contractors to deliver cost-optimised and cleaning solutions that meet defined standards across a variety of spaces, such as conference rooms, lobbies, dining areas, lifts, restrooms and more

Landscaping

  • Partner with service providers to deliver the full spectrum of landscaping services and cater to location-specific requirements and budgets, e.g., design, maintenance, tree care, weed management, storm preparedness and response, and exterior upkeep

Pest control

  • Provide oversight of pest management services through our qualified subcontractors who bring technical advice, routine inspections and remedial services, wherever needed

Waste management

  • Oversee waste segregation at source, schedule collection according to agreed cycle time, manage vendor licenses, update guidelines based on regulatory requirements, and leverage camera-based technology to monitor contamination and track fill levels for savings optimisation

Security

  • Provide on-site security management services with trained personnel managing access controls, providing surveillance services, monitoring CCTV and control panels and acting as key members of emergency response teams

Mail services

  • Ensure reliable and safe receipt/delivery of mail and parcels with services delivered by teams trained in customer service, safety, security and mail screening techniques, e.g., sorting, security screening, delivery/pick-up, full chain of custody tracking and messenger services, printing, copying, binding/finishing

Snow removal

  • Manage snow removal programmes for private and public buildings and campuses, which are resourced with our own on-site facility and custodial teams and for larger events, with added capabilities of contracted snow removal service providers
