What are our capabilities?

We follow our trusted five-phase project management process regardless of the project’s size, complexity, scope or location:

Initiate

  • Before work begins, review the project management processes and identify opportunities to incorporate industry and regional best practices
  • Define project goals in terms of contract, cost, schedule and physical requirements
  • Establish client satisfaction metrics, risk management strategy and communication channels

Plan

  • Develop a project charter that defines goals and objectives
  • Determine key milestones, provide a high-level project budget, and identify key team members and their roles and responsibilities

Design

  • Interpret the project’s objectives and requirements into construction drawings
  • Verify compliance with the project requirements and provide detailed budget and cost-benefit analyses of design elements

Construct

  • Coordinate the activities of design and construction vendors, ensuring contract compliance, recommending actions to avoid construction conflicts and reviewing/negotiating additional cost claims.
  • Manage all documentation and reports, plus host regular construction meetings
  • Focus on timely decision-making, quality of quality of RFI responses, proper scheduling and handling of submissions, and quick response to potential delays or claims for delay
  • Coordinate all aspects of the relocation as well as advising on change management initiatives required for a successful relocation

Close

  • Formally close out the project once construction is completed to the client’s satisfaction
  • Submit final invoices for payment, and deliver all warranties, operational manuals, as-built drawings and other documentation to the facility manager
  • Provide the client with an electronic copy of the close-out contracts as well as a final accounting of all expenditures
