Core design package
- Delivered centrally for clients, this package consists of pre-design, space planning and concept design, and portfolio-wide test fits support
Design standards management
- Based on how the client works today and how they plan to work in the future, we create a set of standards that define workplace design – with these standards in place, we manage, update and implement the Design Standards, ensuring consistency across locations and providing peer reviews from a central design function
Design account management
- Our design managers act as singe points of contact for all design-related matters, coordinate teams across multiple sites/locations and provide centralised reports to our clients’ CRE leads
Peer review
- We ensure the design implementation delivers the expected output prior to sign-off and construction, based on our clients’ standards or JLL’s design guidelines for the portfolios
Central procurement
- Our design specifications grant clients access to the best rates from our vendors’ database to drive significant cost reduction
